Our large in-house capacity for casting and machining is carefully built over the years to serve our customers with high quality machined-cast-components. Being in prototype castings business for over a decade, we understand the needs of various industries. We thoroughly interact with the customers to understand their quality parameters, quantity requirements and cost constraints. Based on this understanding, right casting process is selected. We even serve our customers in designing of pattern/moulds required for mass production and developing fixtures for further machining process. Our services include,
RAW CAST COMPONENTS
- Production using existing patterns/dies available with the customer
- Development of patters/dies using component drawings and subsequent production
Machined-cast-components
In case the customer wishes to source completely finished components, ASCENT is the right place. Once the raw castings are produced, using either the pattern/dies supplied by you or developed by us, it goes to machine shop. Machining of components as per customer specifications is carried out at our vast machine shop. High accuracy is assured through use of 5-axis CNC machines and proper fixtures development. Each component is inspected for precision before despatch.
Components machining using bar stock/billets/blanks
Components which require only machining of bar stock can also be developed and supplied by us. Our large machining facility can handle various grades of ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
