Casting Simulation Capabilities for Casting Methoding

Simulation is a key to the quality of casting development. AutoCAST is used for the simulation of mould filling and the solidification simulation required for casting process. This helps in guiding improved casting quality as well as predicting the casting defects mapping of the production process.

In-house Sand and Precision Investment casting facility:
Tool less production based on innovative 3D sand printing technology and wax master patterns for investment castings. We use vacuum induction melting and pouring technologies for Aluminum and other non-ferrous alloys.

Inspection Facilities

Our casting and machining are verified using CMM to your print or a direct overlay to the AD file. Casting and Machine part inspection: Spectrometer & Microscope analysis, X-Ray Inspection, Video endoscope, Leakage Testing, Inspection of Machined components 3D CMM, Portable CMM, Photometric measuring NDT.

  • 3D CMM : Brown and Sharpe 1500 x 900 x 800 with scanning.
  • Portable CMM : Faro Gauge Plus For Casting 3D model comparison.
  • Optical Spectrometer -Metal Power For Chemical composition Analysis
  • Image Analyzer –Metal Power. For Microstructure analysis
